Ethno-region: what is it?

By “ethno-region” we mean a cultural area defined by shared textile, linguistic and sometimes historical traditions — not a strict administrative border.

On records, regional attribution may be certain, probable or unknown: we signal this to avoid false geographical precision.

This classification is improvable: it grows with research, specialist feedback and comparison between collections.
